Back again by popular demand is one of the most popular shows in Branson, Missouri.
Randy Newman and the Ozark Jubilee will perform here March 8, 9,10 and 11 (two performances on Saturday).
Newman, in the character of Doofus Doolittle, is considered to be one of the funniest comedians anywhere.
Newman will bring his hillbilly style entertainment to the first portion of his show.
But not only is Newman one of the most popular Branson comedians, he is a gifted violinist, known for world-class performances.

Ozark Jubilee is a fast-paced, comedy show with country standards, bluegrass and gospel music.
The show is considered to be something between "Hee Haw" and "Larry the Cable Guy."
Newman said audiences should be prepared for a whole different show for the second half.
Newman will throw off his hillbilly hat and tie and will walk out as a world-class violinist in a custom-tailored suit, one from the same tailor who designs for Tim McGraw, Newman noted.

Although Newman hails from Branson, he has made a name for himself all across the country, having performed at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tenn., and with top performers such as Ronnie Milsap and Mel Tillis.

Guests should expect a "high-energy, fast-paced show," Newman said, pointing out that he surrounds himself with the best musicians in the business.

"The band is phenomenal," he added.

Some of the numbers include traditional and old standard country music. The show will feature two vocalists: Richard Ebert of Nashville and Heather White, a newcomer to the Branson
area. Ebert sings in the style of Conway Twitty and Merle Haggard, while White covers such singers as Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette and Martina McBride.
